Requirements:
- Candidate must have in-depth knowledge of various OS, SQL / Oracle database(s).
- Candidate should have excellent proficiency in deploying web-based applications.
- Candidate should have skills of software troubleshooting and diagnosis.
- Candidate must have basic computer skills, including email writing.
- Candidate should have strong communication, inter-personal & documentation skills.
- Candidate should have willingness to acquire in-depth functional knowledge of APT software product.
- Candidate will travel across the country for client-side implementation at least 2 – 3 times each month.
- Candidate should have excellent analytical and on-the-spot thinking ability.
Job Role:
- Candidate should assist in organized deployment of patches, security fixes, and periodic product upgrades.
- Candidates will assist in testing, release and maintenance of pre-deployment software releases.
- Candidate should ensure smooth and consistent Client Relationship Management.
- Candidate should be an active part of the Client Delivery or Client Monitoring Team.
- Candidate will be conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
