Candidates should have worked on at least one software project through its life cycle.
Candidates should have working knowledge of Python, RoR, XML, MySQL or other relational databases, Excel, and Access preferred.
Candidates should have enthusiasm about working in public health and international development.
Candidates should be well organized, detail oriented and able to multitask.
Candidates should be driven to learning and delivering outstanding work .
Candidates should have good english oral and written skills and fluency in Hindi.

Candidates have to build mHealth and eHealth systems using Dimagi's flagship mHealth platform, CommCare, using CommCare's application building tools that do not require coding.
Candidates have to perform designing of mHealth applications by bringing together the best combination of stakeholder inputs, field feedback, technical feasibility, and robust architectural principles.
Candidates have to assess project needs and defining detailed software specifications.
Candidates have to develope software test plans, load testing and quality assurance (QA) of our mobile tools.
Candidates will be working on other project management and capacity building activities.

Candidates having fluency in any other Indian language is an asset.
Candidates should have quantitative data management and data analysis skills.
Candidates should have experience with the complete software development life cycle.
Candidates should have desire to make a social impact.
