Requirements :


  • B.S. or B.A. and also consider current students who are able to meet the scheduling demands.

  • Candidate should have good communication skills including verbal and written skills.

  • Candidate must have experience in Javascript, CSS, HTML and SQL.

  • Candidate should be excellent at multitasking, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.

  • Candidate should be motivated team player with positive attitude and the ability accept and give productive feedback.

  • Candidate should have ability to stay calm and maintain performance when under pressure.

  • Candidate should know basic computer skills – experience working on Mac and PC.

  • Candidate should have ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and learn, learn, learn.



    • Responsibilities :


  • Candidates should be communicate urgent technical issues internally and externally..

  • Candidate should have knowledge Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate issues internally as needed.

  • Candidates must serve as the first point of contact for Taboola’s clients.

  • Candidate should timely response to incoming customer support inquiries via email and support ticketing system.

  • Candidate should be Open for 24×7 shift.
