Role Requirement:

  • Calling leads provided by Digital Marketing, product briefings, case closing, and relationship management.
  • Maintaining a steady line of communication with leads during the pre-and post-sales processes via phone, meetings, emails, chat, and social media.
  • In order to maximize lead closure, keep a thorough record of all your interactions with leads and give the managers regular feedback.
