Responsibilities:
- Candidates being associate product owner and owning a module end to end with Product owners which involves solutioning, bugs triaging, close interaction with Engineering and QA team members.
- Candidates have to preparing / reviewing solutions including workflows, User interfaces, and business logic processing to ensure they meet the product features / specification requirements.
- Candidates have to providing internal /external product support and training and contribute to product documentation.
- Candidates have to involve in product design, co-ordinate in development and release process for assigned products to ensure product development based on the road map laid out by the Product management team.
- Candidates have to create detailed use cases, business requirements, and marketing requirements.
- Candidates have to coordinate beta testing of new products and features. Document and report problems and recommend solutions/improvements to program managers. Participate in product performance benchmarking activities.
- Candidates have to coordinate with related product partners in implementing interfaces / integration with their products.
- Candidates have to perform product demonstrations at trade shows, online seminars, and other events.
- Candidates having document answers to customer technical questions that cannot be answered by sales staff or product support specialists using existing documentation.
