Job Overview:

Participate actively in various learning sessions

Contribute to pet projects part of On the Job Training

Enhance competencies to graduate to the next level

Assist fellow trainees on learning and knowledge sharing

Address any problems / grievances with the CDM that may have an impact on productivity or efficiency

Take steps to improve on performance, based on coaching.

Adhere to organization policies

Front-end skills: ABility to develop UI interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 with java script skills.

Data Stuctures:Understands the internals of Data Structures and uses them in problem solving.

Algorithms:Aware of Sorting, Searching, Traversing algorithms.

Problems decomposition:Ability to decompose a bigger problem into smaller solutions.

Server-side programming:Aware of any one server side programming language and strong understanding of HTTP internals.

Web Programming:Aware of modern web fundamentals and building blocks.

OS / Networking:Usage of any Linux based OS and aware of Unix commands.

OOPS:Strong understanding in OOPs and modular programming.

DBMS:Ability to create data models for business solutions and understands relationships.

SDLC Process:Should have understanding in in Development Life cycles like SDLC, Agile.
